This gorgeous little pendant celebrates nature in all its glory.

The piece is made by coating a leaf in silver particles. The leaf is burned off and then beautiful transparent enamels are added. The result is stunning and catches the light beautifully. This particular leaf comes from a Pelargonium named 'Attar of Roses' and captures the moment just as the colours of autumn start creeping in with yellow and copper flashes.

Enamelling is an ancient art form whereby glass grains are applied to metal through extreme heat. Each item must undergo many cycles in a kiln for the glass to properly adhere to the metal and reveal its beautiful sparkling colours. Enamel colours will never fade, so this is a true heirloom piece.
