Payment is via PayPal. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account to use their services - you can also pay via credit or debit card without an account. Just click on 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' (indicated by the arrow below) when you get to checkout.

Postage
​
If you buy multiple items which we are able to pack together you will be refunded the difference in postage after purchase. This is of course dependent on the size, weight, and stacking ability of each item and is not guaranteed, but we will do our best.

​Item hasn't arrived?
If your item to does not arrive within the expected delivery time, we would be grateful if you could check your local post office / sorting office first to see if it has been left there for you. Even our small items will be too large to fit through most letterboxes and sometimes posties forget to leave a card. Weekends, Bank Holidays and busy periods can also extend delivery times.
We usually dispatch our items within 2 days, so please remember to add this onto the estimated delivery times. We do our best to send items the next day, but if for some reason we can't get to the Post Office it might take us a day or two longer. Orders are posted on weekdays only and excludes Bank Holidays and weekends.
We do our best to use recycled and recyclable packaging. If you find non-recyclable packaging, it means that we have recycled it from another purpose (e.g. bubble wrap that we have received in parcels sent to us).

Jewellery
​
In the UK our jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Delivery by 1pm only as other Royal Mail services do not insure jewellery items. Items are insured up to £750. If we send items above this amount we reserve the right to add a small extra postage charge to cover the cost of extra insurance. Please contact us for more information.

Ceramics

Ceramics are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Delivery by 1pm. Items are insured up to £750. If we send items above this amount we reserve the right to add a small extra postage charge to cover the cost of extra insurance. Please contact us​ for more information.

Enamels
​
Enamel powders are sent by Royal Mail Signed for 1st or 2nd Class which are insured up to £50. If you need any more insurance please contact us for further options.

Greetings Cards
​
Greetings cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post.

Packaging​
​
We do our best to use recycled and recyclable packaging. If you find non-recyclable packaging, it means that we have recycled it from another purpose (e.g. bubble wrap that we have received in parcels sent to us).
Returns

Cancellations
​
If you change your mind and wish to return your item(s) please get in contact with us as soon as possible. Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. You must return the item(s) in the original condition and in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that this does not apply to personalised items which cannot be refunded.

Damaged Items
​
If your goods arrive damaged pleased get in touch as soon as possible. You have up to thirty days of receiving the goods for a refund or exchange. Please send us photos of the damage. We will assess them and refund your item(s) on return.
