These are something really special!

Inspired by Moroccan architecture, beautiful blue enamelled swallows set off a pair of stunning aquamarines in these long-drop earrings, which terminate in a smoky-quartz coloured bead. Made entirely from sterling and fine silver, these were a joy to design and make - possibly my favourite pair of earrings so far...?

Aquamarine is the birthstone for March and is said to represent courage and the tranquility of the ocean.

Enamelling is an ancient art form whereby glass grains are applied to metal through extreme heat. Each item must undergo many cycles in a kiln for the glass to properly adhere to the metal and reveal its beautiful sparkling colours. Enamel colours will never fade, so this is a true heirloom piece.
